Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Orders ship from Orlando, Florida, within 2 business days of your order. Standard shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout, and orders of $34.99 or more ship free inside the United States. You will get an email when the order ships, with tracking when the service includes it.

We ship to US addresses only for now, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.

Returns and swaps

If the caps do not fit your headband, email sales@hugaband.com within 30 days of delivery. We will send you a return label. Once the unused caps are back, we refund the pack, or swap it for a different color if the fit was fine and the color was not.

Caps must be unused and in their bag. Shipping charges are not refunded unless we made a mistake.

Something arrived damaged or wrong?

Email a photo to sales@hugaband.com within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.

Cancellations

Email us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we cancel and refund it in full.
