These terms cover purchases made on hugaband.com and its checkout, operated by Hug-A-Band, Orlando, Florida.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout for Florida addresses. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation; we may cancel and refund an order before then, for example if a color is out of stock.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping and Returns policy is part of these terms.

Using the product

Hug-A-Band caps are soft silicone end caps for headbands. They are small parts: keep them away from children under 3, and keep the packaging bag away from babies and young children. Stop using a cap that is torn.

Payments

Payments are taken through our checkout provider. We do not see or store your card number.
